What about me?
Hi! I am a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, prior Merchant Mariner, and current student at Florida State University. I have circumnavigated the world on a ship, been north of Alaska, and around the tip of South Africa. I have been a chef and professional sailor prior to deciding to go back to school and get my degree in Information Technology. I would like to work in an IT setting ideally when I graduate, possibly in databases or network administration. I have a background that taught me to work in high-stress environments aboard ships and being gone from my friends and family for months at a time. I have a good work ethic and look forward to getting back into the world and contribute to something meaningful again.
